Our Story

Brother & Moffat was founded by two brothers who immigrated from Lisbon, Portugal in 2004. They worked their way up from prep cooks to sous chefs, gaining diverse culinary skills across a variety of restaurants.

Today, that experience shows up in flexible menus for everyday meals, weekly prep, weddings, and private dinners.
